Returns & Exchanges

At the Linkin Park Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your merchandise; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange items within 7-10 business days.
